ABOUT OUR PARTIES

Whether you choose a Pole or Aerial party,  Altitude Frisco's dedicated party team will make your event unforgettable! Our large, beautiful, modern studio is the perfect backdrop to celebrate any occasion.

 

Every party package includes:

  • Personal Party Coordinator from scheduling to the celebration.

  • Party Concierge to ensure you get plenty of photos and not miss a minute of the fun!

  • Customized party experience to match your taste, style, and fitness level.

 

  • Pole Party?

    • Bring your playlist, or we can use ours!

    • Do you want to learn a choreographed dance to your favorite song? Your instructor will make a fun and flirty (or sexy and scandalous) routine that will be the night's talk.

 

  • Aerial Party?

    • Grab your friends and have a circus experience!

    • Choose from:

      • Aerial Silks (Best for adults)

      • Aerial Sling (Best for Kids)

      • Aerial Hoop

      • Aerial Yoga (Max 11)

  • Things to consider:

  •  If you do not want to share an apparatus, please limit your parties accordingly:

  • Poles: 11 people​

  • Silks: 8 people

  • Sling | Hammock 11 people

  • Lyra Hoop: 6 people

  • Want an aerial party but not sure what apparatus to use? Adults usually prefer Silk.  Kids typically prefer Sling.

  • For additional FINE PRINT, keep scrolling.

  • Pricing includes tips but not a small credit card processing fee. Additional gratuity is always appreciated and goes directly to the instructor.

Cancellation Policy & Fine Print:

  • A deposit of $200 is required to finalize your party booking and officially hold your date. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable in part or whole and go toward your party's balance.

  • Refreshments of your choice are allowed to be brought in, but NO drinking before your party as alcohol will interfere with your ability to enjoy the party. (Alcohol makes you dizzy & some pole & aerial moves will too!). No refunds will be given if someone is asked not to participate due to intoxication.​​​​​​

  • The balance of the party will be charged to the host's card on file approximately 48 hours before the party's date. Once the balance has been satisfied, refunds will NOT be given for participants who do not show up.

  • You are responsible for collecting payments from your participants.

  • Pricing does NOT include card processing fees. USE ACH & SAVE! on card processing fees. 

  • You can adjust your party date and time up to one week in advance without additional fees. Certain restrictions apply.
     

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • *WITHIN 6 DAYS OF PARTY: A $50.00 rescheduling fee will be applied to the card on file.

  • *WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PARTY: No refunds. No rescheduling. 

  • *WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PARTY: No Refunds &  20% "inconvenience fee"  No rescheduling. 

  • To cancel or reschedule, please email info@altitudefitnessfrisco.com

 

We want you to have the most fun possible. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your party and call ahead for directions so you can arrive at your scheduled time. Your party must end at the scheduled time, even if you are late.
