Anyone and everyone! But, it’s first come, first serve so be sure to arrive early to get your favorite present.
Can I share a deal/ these passes/ this membership with a friend or family member?
No. 🙃 No means no.
WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?
We open the sale on Thursday, October 19th at 10AM. You will notice that we have very limited quantities of each item (in some cases by limited we mean just 1). While the sale will run until December 23rd, we anticipate many items selling before then.
WHAT IF I’M ALREADY A MEMBER?
If you are on a current membership, you may purchase a pre-paid membership and replace your current membership (ie you will be released from your current term). For a smaller package, you can use it to supplement a monthly membership. Simply choose the membership of your choice and we can adjust the start date (within the next 30 days) to align with your current membership renewal date.
Note that you can not be released from any punch cards or pre-paid memberships - but you can use it to “top up” your current membership, or hold onto it until your membership term is completed.
WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can delay the start date of your membership and packages up to 30 days from the purchase date to use up current class packs or memberships. Please note payment is still required at the time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Glad you asked! In addition to joining Altitude Frisco and being part of one of the best fitness communities in town (if we say so ourselves!), you will receive the following:

WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Ready for a vacation? You can always freeze your membership for up to 14 days max, but the packages cannot be frozen. Injuries and pregnancy are on a case-by-case basis and depend on where you are in your package and commitment length. We really try to work with you, but these are REALLY GOOD deals, and restrictions must apply.
WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?
First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership or package for any reason, please reach out. Remember that these are VERY GOOD DEALS so restrictions do apply.
WILL YOU BE OFFERING THIS SALE AGAIN?
Honestly, probably not! Typically these deals are reserved for a Black Friday-type event, but we always make our Birthday Deals the best offers of the year. So make sure you snag your deal now - because they won’t last long.
